We will accept defective merchandise within 30 days of sale. After 30 days the customer must contact the manufacturer regarding problems with products. You can contact Asthma Stuff by e-mail at asthmastuff@asthmastuff.com

Please do this as soon as possible so that we may get a replacement item on the way while we are processing your defective merchandise.
